It's a very rainy, Monday here in the Sunshine State as tropical Storm Isaac moves through the gulf coast and spreads it rain bands across the entire state. The number of Floridians applying for a lower interest rate on their home jumped 152% in July, compared to the same period last year, a national survey found.
