Lots of Changes in 2012 for People's First Financial Services!

First, let me say...HAPPY NEW YEAR!  Here's to a brand new year and hoping it is filled with bountiful blessings for you and yours.

2011 was the 25th year of the company's existence.  It was also quite a challenging year for People's First Financial with implementing all the changes from the new legislation and RESPA reform from the end of 2010.  As I reflect on 2011, a have tagged it as a year to have gotten the "kinks" out of the changes.  And so along with change comes new ideas of how to make services more convenient for my clients.

MOBILE SERVICES
This year I am pleased to announce that People's First Financial has chosen a new location for its primary place of business at 4865 Wickham Rd. Suite 104, Melbourne, FL 32941 and has also chosen to become a more user friendly and mobile office.  Evening appointments will be made available to those who work regular business hours and do not wish to take off work or use a lunch break to make a mortgage appoinment.  I am more than happy to accomodate an appointment in the comfort of your own home or a location of your choice.

REDUCED COSTS, BETTER RATES
The best news is that the new changes have reduced the overhead of the company greatly and I am passing those savings down to my clients providing even better wholesale interest rates and closing costs!

Interest rates have dipped once again providing more opportunies for homeowners to refinance and also for buyers to purchase more house for their money.  Current 30 year rates as of today are at 3.99% !  APR 4.04%  That is NO points, NO origination fee!  15 yr rates are even LOWER! 
Current turn around times from application to closing are 30-45 days.  Most larger banks are taking 60-90 days to close a mortgage loan.
